1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to FELLOWSHIP MOVING & STORAGE, LLC. By accessing our logistics, transit, or delivery services, you're agreeing to the legal framework outlined here. If you don't agree with these conditions, we're unfortunately unable to process your cargo.
2. Service Definitions
Freight transportation refers to the physical transit of goods via our road and cargo networks. Forwarding involves the logistical management and brokering of space for your shipment. We act as carrier or agent depending on the specific contract signed.
Liability & Insurance
How do we protect your assets? Liability is limited per pound as per international transit standards unless additional high-value insurance is declared. Our cargo warehouses for freight transportation are secured 24/7, but standard transit risks apply. We're committed to transparency in every claim process.
Transit Times
Estimates are based on normal conditions. We're good, but we can't control the weather or port congestion. Delays don't constitute a breach of contract.
Payment Terms
Standard Net 30 for established accounts. For new clients, we're looking for payment upon delivery or upfront for first-time forwarding.
3. Client Obligations
You must ensure all cargo is properly packed for transit. Fragile items? We need to know. Hazardous materials? Documentation is non-negotiable. If you misrepresent the weight or nature of the cargo, additional fees apply. It's only fair.

4. Governing Law
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be settled in the courts of Phoenix, Arizona. We prefer a handshake and a discussion, but the law is the law. We've been in the logistics business for over 12 years and haven't had to use this clause much. Let's keep it that way.
